Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Calangute. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising the housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas meet the cleanliness and maintenance standards set by the company. The role includes creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
