Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Incharge at Furozun fruit and vegetables. The Refrigeration Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the refrigeration systems of the organization. The role includes ensuring the proper functioning of the refrigeration components, conducting routine inspections and maintenance, and identifying and troubleshooting system issues, as well as supervising maintenance staff.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Refrigeration maintenance and repair
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems, including HVAC systems, compressors, and refrigerant circuits
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair related issues
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and leading maintenance teams
