Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

Provide effective leadership to the branch team.

Manage day-to-day branch operations activity

Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed.

Build and maintain strong customer and consignee relationship.

Collaborates with Sales and Finance teams to meet client expectations.

Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability.

Ensure compliance with policies & regulations.

Provide regular updates to Regional & Head office team on branch performance

Good communication and inter personal skills

Should be minimum Graduate

At-least 5 years’ Experience in the Courier & Logistics Industry

Should be 2 Years Experience in Branch/Station Manager Level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
