Job Responsibilities:
• Control the production process to maximize its capacity correctly while meeting standard operating
• Maximize the efficiency of production line
• Review and create working procedures in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• Manage and control production activities to achieve timely production plan
• Coordinate the preparation of equipment, manpower availability prior to production
• Review documents related to production plans
• Establish and implement rigorous QA and QC standards at all stages of production
• Review and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Ensure finished products comply with the quality specification
• Set and monitor production KPI's in line with company objectives
• Encourage, supervise and appraise human resources for the working environment of 5S, Line Balance, etc.
