About the role
Solution Analyst is in charge of providing analytical support for new business opportunity. Supporting team to provide seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Take active role to analyst customer data for RFP
• Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing the tools.
• Creating or supporting Solution engineer to create the SOP and manage implementation project
• In charge of Ad-hoc customer’s quotation
• Support Ad-hoc work as Project lead or Project member such as event, etc.
• Prepare and deliver a proposal to help the customer understand and visualize the logistics solution
