Service Advisor (Malabe/Narahenpita/Kurunegala)
Responsibilities
• To ensure all relevant technical trends are communicated to the Workshop Manager for processing
• To assist the relevant team members with hands on technical assistance and advice.
• To inform the Workshop Manager of any highly technical faults that may need assistance to repair.
Requirements
• A diploma in Automobile or trade certificate from a recognized technical college (CGTTI/ATI).
• More than 5 years' overall experience in the industry and not less
• than 03 years' experience as a service advisor or Body shop controller Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
