What does the job involve

Build and execute exit plans for our portfolio to optimize the funds’ returns

Develop transformative partnerships for our portfolio with key industry players

Create a strong network of potential strategic financial partners (leading industry players, large tech and corporate players, investors, bankers, …) across the world

Follow, coordinate or lead portfolio fundraising efforts to make it as smooth as possible and optimize

outcomes for all stakeholders

Identify and evaluate acquisition targets for our portfolio, and support them in closing the deals

Qualifications

7 - 10 years of professional experience

A Strong long-term commitment to Africa

Ideal previous experience in large leading tech players, M&A,and startup leadership positions

Proven interest in tech entrepreneurship and experience in working with early stage tech companies

Strong knowledge of local markets and tech ecosystems (ideally worked/lived in Africa)
