Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Supervisor role and requires someone to lead and motivate a sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you'll maintain schedule staffing levels, assign tasks, and set sales goals. You will also analyze sales performance metrics and develop plans to improve those metrics.

You must have a strong account knowledge.

Qualifications and Responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Experience setting sales goals
• Demonstrated communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Customer-focused attitude and experience providing excellent customer experiences

Strong knowledge of luxury clothing items, including fabrics, styles, and fashion trends.
