Project Development Lead

We are seeking a Project Development Lead that will oversee the entire project lifecycle, lead a development team, and ensure on-time project execution. The ideal candidate will should have a good knowledge of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Lead project development from planning to execution.
• Manage and collaborate with the development team on project scope and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure quality standards.
• Allocate resources and monitor project budgets.
• Communicate project status to team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:
• Proven experience in project development and leadership.
• Strong technical background and proficiency in relevant tools.
