Warehouse Supervisor

RESPONSABILITIES• Maintain the inventory and the cycle counts program in 95% of warehouse accuracy
• Management the employees in his charge. They will be following the policys and programs established
• Responsible of analyze system transactions, find errors and root causes; Implement Corrective Actions
• Follow ISO 9000 procedures and supervise that staff do so as well
• Coordinate the Row material flow and Finish Good
• Manage the Kanban Program

REQUIREMENTS
- Industrial Engineering degree or any career related to the position
- Experience as a Supervisor in a Warehouse environment.
- Demonstrable ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
- Ability to build constructive and effective relationships
