Job Description

Responsibilities, Duties, and Tasks:
• Deploy and maintain all security systems and their corresponding or associated software, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems and VPN.
• Monitor server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and networks traffic for unusual or suspicious activity. Interpret activity and make recommendations for resolution.
• Monitor bandwidth use analyses traffic patterns and volumes and determine impact / implications of issues then troubleshoot network performance issues if found.
• Troubleshoot problems affecting performance tuning, network administration and application conflicts.
• Keep updates with network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
• Manage all networks hardware and equipment, including LAN switch configuration, routers.
• Troubleshoot and administer a network setup by resolving and documenting network problems.
