Zehr Construction (ZC), the construction division of Zehr Group, is looking for an Estimator/Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our growing team. In your capacity as an Estimator/ Pre-Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day Estimating and/or Pre-Construction of various Projects as assigned.

• An enthusiastic, team-player with a basic understanding of the construction industry
• An organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A recent graduate of a construction related diploma or degree program with 2-3 years experience.

Task Description
• Assist the Estimating and Pre-Construction team on various construction projects.
• Conduct detailed bid document reviews to understand the full extent of work and which sub-contractors will be involved.
