Job Summary
The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, and professional service to all guests. They are the first point of contact for guests and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services:
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests into the hotel database, verifying reservation, address, and payment information.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities.
• Answer phones, manage bookings, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and perform check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accurate billing.
