The System Admin (Presales) plays a dual role within the company, responsible for managing system admin tasks and supporting the sales team with quotation and order management. This position requires strong technical and excellent communication.

Responsibilities
• Provide remote support to customer networks in Australia.
• Respond to customer inquiries re software and applications.
• Manage the quotation process, accurate and timely preparation of quotations.
• Review customer inquiries and analyze requirements to prepare accurate quotations.
• Liaise with relevant departments to gather necessary information for quotes.
• Prepare and generate quotations using company templates or software.
• Maintain organized records of quotations and update CRM systems.
• Communicate effectively with Account Managers and suppliers.
