The Occupational Health and HSE Capabilities Manager will reports to VP HSE for Thailand and is based in Maptaphut Factory, Rayong. This role primarily exists to deliver Health and Wellbeing Strategy on Healthy workplace and Healthy People. Increase HSE capabilities and HSE skill improvement for people. Including coaching and advising our people to achieve Zero Harm. Key Responsibilities Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Health and Safety System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives Initiative Occupational Health program for employees. Occupational illness and Rehabilitation plan management Indistrial Hygiene strategy and provide technical support to Manufacturing and Operations.
