南アフリカ ニューランズDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carry out all the activities necessary to purchase goods in compliance with the given cost/time/quality requirements and with company policies and standards and work instructions
• Issue to the vendor the request for a quotation based on the given purchasing request
• Support the vendors during the preparation of the technical /commercial proposals with the obligation of confidentiality of the related bid
• Manage procurement process flow from determining stock required until receipt of goods meeting
• Perform the required assigned activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools
• Ensure that SOP’s are being adhered to at all times
• Build and maintain productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers
• Ability to add value, reduce costs and input to business improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement role (chilled FMCG experience is advantageous)
