Ecoasis Energy Solutions is presently in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented candidate to join our team in the role of Project Assistant. This position entails supporting Project Leads throughout the project lifecycle, thereby playing a vital role in ensuring project success.

Responsibilities:
• Assist project management team in the successful execution of projects.
• Follow-up on purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Reconciliation of Delivery notes and invoices with accounting department.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory records.
• Cashflow follow-up to monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations
• Site and supplier visits

Requirements:
• Minimum HSC
• Experience in contracting/construction sector would be an advantage.
