We are looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader for our new hotel opening soon in Thohoyandou

Duties to include:

1. Ensures standard of food presentation for both a la carte orders and buffets

2. Ensures all guests are greeted and well received and seated

3. Ensures all guests’ orders are taken promptly and correctly.

4. Personally takes all VIP orders

5. Follows up on service to each and every table, ensuring a knowledge of the global service situation in the room

6. Personally responds to guest complaints

7. Supervises settlements of guest bills

8. Regularly checks restaurant for maintenance requirements and submits maintenance requisitions

9. Supervises mise-en-place set up on a daily basis

10. Ensures Standard of cleanliness of the restaurant area(inside and outside) as well as the staff

11. Allocates reservations according to the Reservations policy, check and confirms all reservations
