Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Athlete Services Coordinator to join the Port Elizabeth team,

· Work across company events in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town,

· Manage day to day athlete services and enquiries,

· Take part in cross regional projects,

· Prepare any key athlete documentation

· Complete pre, during and post event tasks,

· Prepare various athlete guides,

· Planning and oversee the registration layout,

· Assist with bulk ordering,

Requirements

· Grade 12

· Tertiary qualification preferred

· Minimum 3 years from coordinating sporting events

· The ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy. Good time management is important.

· Excellent event, project, and budget management skills.

· Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel.

· A general knowledge and understanding of marathons, cycling, and trail is beneficial.

· Valid drivers license is essential
