Job Description

Introduce and implement stringent cost control measures​

Make a regular and spot-checks inspection of the storeroom, receiving area and all outlets on a daily or weekly basis and coordinate with other departments especially F&B Department regarding cost matters.​

Do daily and monthly costing and ensure prompt submission of all daily and month-end reports, and inventories of FF&E, F&B and store items.​

Work Experience

Must have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as Cost Control Supervisor or its equivalent position in a reputable hotel ​

Strong organizational skills particularly in cost control, inventory and/or other finance related sections​

Exceptional Communication Skills ​
