For our entity in Casablanca - Morocco, we are looking for a Market Development Manager to join our Agro Sales team in Morocco (North East Region). He / she will contribute to developing and growing market share for crop protection products in the region. As part of the strategy we would like to increase our interaction with farmers and stakeholders to enable us to grow the business.

Role Summary: Increase footprint at medium & large-scale farmers level Develop BASF solutions to indirect customers Follow up Competition activities at famers' level Create new customers to increase BASF Market Share in the region Tasks and Activities: Active participation in achieving targets with Sales team. Active participation in developing & Implementing commercial approaches concepts for Farmers (Loyalty programs, Trade deals,...) and identify the main influencers.
