The Senior Manufacturing Accountant will provide financial analysis and support to the Costa Rica Manufacturing Operation to assist in management decisions.

You will perform monthly variances analysis to labor, material, Overhead cost and standard cost variances on a MTD, QTD and YTD basis versus AOP, Forecast and PY based on operational performance.

You will play a key role as business partner to the sites operations leaders to help manage and support the attainment of business goals.

Your considerable knowledge of Cost Accounting and Finance theory will help leaders understand the implications of potential business decisions.

Through on-going analysis of financial performance, you will provide insights on how the company will meet financial commitments and ensure teams understand the financial drivers inherent to achieve targets.
