Reporting to the Administrator, Training and Development, the Training Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of training at Line Creek Operations. This position facilitates the safety-based compliance training as well as supporting other site base training requirements as needed.

To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, who has a passion for contributing to other people’s personal and professional growth. We require someone with the ability to schedule training and keep accurate records of all training events. Lastly, this role requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt and prioritize contending demands in a fast-paced environment.
