Service Account Manager

Your challenge

As Service Account Manager, you are the real expert and point of reference for your customer in managing their day-to-day activities. You will be the driving force behind cooperation between the various speos departments in order to guarantee an efficient and effective service.

Responsibilities

As Service Account Manager, your role will be to :

- Be the spokesperson for your customer within speos and from speos to your customer.

- Monitor the day-to-day production of the customers in your portfolio and be responsible for all related administrative tasks.

- Ensuring the correct application of contracts (KPIs, SLAs, etc.) and monitoring budgets.

- Reporting to your customers in a clear and analytical manner.

- Understand our customers' businesses and the solutions offered to them, enabling you to make proposals for improvements in order to achieve your up-selling and/or cross-selling objectives.
