Responsibilities :
• Manage new store opening and operational activities.
• Manage proprietary store opening, prepare store P&L and budgeting.
• Manage proprietary café operation, supply demands & logistic, staff development and make sure the store reaches the company target (positive income and operational excellent).
• Develop sales promotion for online and offline channel for café.
• Implement growth-improving program to support delivery of income target as well.
• Provide performance analysis and operational reports to management.
• Build and maintain good relationship with partner and supplier.
• Collaborate with several stakeholder internal and external for daily operation activities.

Requirements :
• 5-8 years’ experience in the field of beverage and restaurant (F&B).
• Minimum education bachelor’s degree (S1) any major.
• Good proficiency on English, good understanding and able to speak fluently.
