Responsibilities:

1. Organizes technical preparation of production or other types of core activities of the enterprise, ensures improvement of the quality of products, works (services) and increase its competitiveness, reduction of material and labor costs for the manufacture of products, production of works (services).

2. Coordinates the work of the enterprise’s technical services to test new technical means, create and develop new types of products, complex automation and mechanization of production, planning the implementation of scientific and technical achievements, new equipment and progressive technology.

3. Manages the current and long-term planning of the technical development of the enterprise and its production base.
