The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing engineering maintenance, support engineering projects, for facilities and processes and to further co-ordinate engineering maintenance management functions of all Sites.

REPORTING TO: General Manager Services.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing all maintenance and facility management activities according to the requirements of ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 9001 and Regulations .
• Manage the execution of all capital projects at the company.
• Lead and manage all technical plant modifications, upgrades and facility maintenance.
• Ensure the safe use of machinery throughout company (onsite requirements) – GMR 2.1 appointee.
• Manage personnel in the engineering maintenance sections of the company.

POST REQUIREMENTS:
• B. Engineering / B.Tech (Engineering).
• Proven engineering and project management experience and skills.
• Extensive general management experience, including financial and human resources.
