Glow Events Limited are looking for a Duty Manager to support the existing outstanding management team. The role will be based at our venue in Yalding, Maidstone, but may also require occasional work across all 3 of our superb wedding venues in Kent and therefore being able to drive is essential.

Working within the Wedding Industry, we have only one opportunity to make our couple's day perfect. That means you will need to be personable, professional, and promote positivity, whilst having outstanding organisation, communication and leadership skills. Working from the afternoon through to the small hours whilst our customers party the night away, you will need to also possess a go-to attitude and be able to jump in to help out your team.
