An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance/Accounts Assistant to join a premium brand, who continue to grow. The purpose of this role is to contribute to and maintain efficient and effective Purchase Ledger functions.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be developing strong and effective working relationships with budget holders, external suppliers and members of the finance team. You will be working with a close knit team of individuals, situated in newly refurbished offices. You will have excellent organisational skills, coupled with good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Purchase Ledger

Processing supplier invoices via SAP

Compiling suggested payment proposals for twice monthly payment runs based on approved invoices, expense claims and due dates.

Loading approved payment run onto SAP for approval and then onto the Bank for authorisation

Performing reconciliations on supplier statements as appropriate
