In ALK´s Global Quality function, you will become part of a dynamic team with about 10 dedicated employees working to optimize and simplify the quality management system and the corporate processes in close collaboration with global stakeholders. Your main role will be to the drive changes and improvements in relation to compliance and operational excellence and your responsibility will be to:
• Support our QMS Process Managers with change management activities within processes and supporting IT systems, for instance Document Management, Deviation Handling, CAPA, Training Management.
• Drive important corporate initiatives and secure alignment across sites and implementation of IT tools and KPIs.
