Purpose
• Define the local HR strategy to attract, motivate, reward and retain employees in our Danish site
• Be sparing partner from HR point of view to local management
• Ensure that the necessary number of employees are at any time in place, with the requested skills, attitude and motivation, supporting the Business in their correct management.
Scope And Dimensions
• Direct reports: 1 core HR + administration
• Approx 170 FTE in Denmark.
Requirements Of The Job
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (HR, Business)
5 years experience as HR Business Partner in international production environment
• Knowledge of DK remuneration practice and employment
• Mastering all relevant subsystems of HR role (hard and soft skills), including HRIS system (Oracle a plus)
• Excellent in communication and culture understanding
• Excellent leadership skills and Business Acumen
• Role model for the Ammega Values
• Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
