The position
As LEAN Partners our role is to ensure a continuous development of our overall LEAN maturity at the site by helping our production to always operate with a LEAN mindset. We engage with managers, operators, and supporters at all levels to keep focus on delivering on what creates value for the site, but most importantly for our patients.
