With multiple mineral claims and mines, the student will be exposed to all aspects and stages of the mineral exploration and mining business. This position is based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

The Job:
• Assisting with field mapping and prospecting; traversing, data collection, rock sampling
• Assist with any core logging requirements; geotechnical logging of drill core, photography
• Assist environmental technicians with the collection of air and water monitoring samples
• Data entry and compilation activities
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a B.Sc or B.Eng program in earth sciences, geology, geological engineering, or civil engineering. Must be in good academic standing and returning to... More Detail
