Nearform, a global tech consultancy specializing in software solutions for enterprises, is looking for a detailed-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our revenue team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role helping to connect our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth operations and seamless collaboration and operations. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director of our CCS business unit within Nearform.

Responsibilities:
• Sales Coordination:
• Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on leads.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and current information - proficiency in hubspot is ideal
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as processing invoices and managing documentation.
