For our Client, the world’s largest sweet-packaged food company we are looking for:

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / SHIFT MANAGER

Your responsibilities:
• Guarantees that all regulatory and company safety standards and requirements are respected and effective.
• Communicates regularly on safety – including safety rules, work instructions and procedures, and learnings from incidents.
• Ensures the implementation of all actions aimed at guaranteeing the Food Safety and Quality of the products and the production processes.
• Ensures cleaning, sanitization and housekeeping of the areas within his / her area of competence, verifying the observance of HACCP directives.
• Ensures the monitoring, reporting and optimization of the production factors utilization (material, method, labor force and machineries).
• Supports the understanding of the efficiency, monitoring and optimization of indirect costs and selected other costs.
