Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is Befimmo, a long time strong actor in the real estate sector.

As Corporate Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will be:
• You will manage or be involved in the legal and regulatory aspects of the legal life of the company and the Group in general; financial operations; restructuring operations; corporate governance issues (monitoring recommendations, updating charters/internal rules and various related publications); proactive monitoring and implementation of compliance procedures;
• You will provide and draft opinions on company law (incorporation, mergers, demergers, etc.), financial law (capital increases, share issues and transactions, contributions, etc.) and the regulatory aspects of Befimmo and the Group (property companies, FIIS/GBVS, property investment, etc.);
