Job Responsibilities
• To ensure site compliance to local safety regulations.
• To conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify any deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• To identify potential hazards analyze site work method processes, equipment, and procedures to mitigate potential risks and develop strategies to eliminate or minimize it.
• To develop safety protocols to secure environment, and ensure everyone on site knows how to respond to emergencies.
• Works with contractors' safety officers to educating workforce, and empower individuals to actively participate in maintaining a safe site environment.
• Communicate when accidents occur, lead investigations to determine the root causes, resolution to prevent similar accidents in future.
• Oversee the implementation safety protocols on site, and assess risk associated with heavy construction machinery, working at height, and hazardous materials.
