1. Warehouse space management (proper stacking - optimism utilization of space)

2. Contractor employees handling.

3. Dispatch according to customer quality.

4. Working in coordination with commercial team and logistics team for smooth execution

5. Improving turnaround time of trucks (Loading/unloading)

6. Making quality of DORB as per customer requirements

7. Fumigation and maintaining proper safety of stock in warehouse

8. Working closely with Lab and taking quick actions on quality of products produced

9. Maintain records of Lot wise/ Batch wise production and dispatches

10. Ensure stocks are counted daily basis and stored according to the company norms.

11. Maintain documents and records as per ISO and BRC certification requirements.

12. Train staff on Hygiene, Food safety, house keeping and Best proven practices.

13. Ensure Sampling of Raw material, finished goods are done as per approved SOP.
