The offshore material coordinator is responsible for providing inventory management oversight to allow effective scheduling and ensure safe and efficient execution of work by CKP Operations and Maintenance team. Primary activity involves day-to-day tracking of material status; including identification, location, movement and electronic records. The coordinator will ensure integrity of material data and perform troubleshooting of shortages. The job requires utilizing and familiarizing with the CHOC procurement and maintenance management process, logistics tools, and processes for managing the supply and movement of materials and items sent onshore for repair / refurbishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Offshore Planner/TL in determining of equipment/materials availability for Work Orders waiting material before scheduling for execution.
• Use SAP Fixed/Firm Schedule to ensure materials availability at correct location as required for execution of maintenance schedule.
