Description
• To issue Engineering Change Notice (ECN) when generate or update drawing, prepare and update BOM list for new or existing product.
• To prepare and provide product information based on New Customer Requirement checklist including update on costing and selling price.
• To evaluate and confirm new sample/ sample from new supplier and approval of new recycle material mixing rate by issuing Sample Evaluation Report and conducting any related testing to validate the sample.
• To check and confirm new artwork/ amendment artwork from customer and supplier and record the evaluation in Artwork Approval Report (AT).
• To issue Maintenance Testing Report (MTR) for new/modify mould received by supplier.
• To issue Internal Testing Report (ITR) in every testing performed.
• To perform monthly quality objectives analysis of department.
• To prepare and update any related document required by external accreditation body such as SIRIM, DCL, CVC and etc.
