Requirements:
• Last education is Bachelor's degree with a major in Electrical Engineering preferred/ Mechanical or equivalent.
• Age between 30 - 45 years old.
• Having a BNSP building management certificate is preferred and other related certificates.
• Have experiences at the same field (shopping mall) is a must.
• Minimums have 2 years experiences as Chief Engineering (shopping mall).
• Have proof of recorded experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC
• Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement
• Attractive, clean, and dignified appearance.
• Discipline and have a sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skill, excellence leadership, problem solving.
• Accustomed to handling complaints from Tenants and vendors.
• Enable to work in team or independent.
• Willing to work at Cileungsi, West Java.
