Job Description :
• Manage the entire HR Operational activities from recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary, counseling, performance management, employee relation, offboarding & compben.
• Make sure all the activity in the organization comply to UUTK
• Implement & monitoring HR Initiatives to improve morale & quality of work
• Manage Employee Database to be up to date
• Contract Management supervise
• Supervise Organization Development activity (Job Description, Procedure, Organization Structure)
• Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
• Provide general supporting activities such as office inventory, company legal documents, permits, office regulations and cleanliness

Requirements
• 2 - 3 years experience as Human Resource Manager or 3 - 7 years experience as HR SPV
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
• Creative thinking and strategic approach to sourcing talent.
• Good ability of Public Speaking
