Maintenance Manager required to join the Rosslyn Plant of a multinational manufacturer.

Minimum Requirements

5+ year's relevant experience

Qualified Electrician/Millwright

Duties

Responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance related matters.

Ordering of equipment/materials for projects

Ensure compliance with organizational and legislative safety requirements by maintaining appropriate practices, standards and procedures.

Attending to the repair and servicing of products/equipment including but not limited to fault finding, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults.

Track and monitor energy consumption and demand side management

Maintain an inventory of all equipment and tools used on the property.

Monitor that all maintenance and repairs are done in compliance with relevant regulations and building codes.

Ensures that all machinery / equipment operates to OEM specification
