Supply Chain Management Officer - StangerJob SummaryKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS : Source suppliers to meet the requirements of the Museum in compliance with policies and legislationFacilitate the procurement of goods and services for the Museum (as per the Annual Procurement Plan)Assist and facilitate the tender processFacilitate asset managementHandle contracts and SCM registers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : A degree / National diploma in Supply Chain Management or National Diploma in Accounting or a related field2 to 3 years’ experience working in supply chain managementExperience working with procurement and tendersA valid driver’s licenceIntermediate computer literacy (MS Office applications)Experience working with PastelNumeracySound knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, National Treasury regulations, Preferential Procurement Framework Act and relevant SCM legislation and guidelinesUnderstanding of SCM principles.
