Company Description

A large well-established Manufacturing company based in Carletonville is looking for an Engineering Superintendent.

Role Description

The Engineering Superintendent will lead a team of engineers to maintain and improve the operations of the company's engineering department. The Engineering Superintendent will also ensure that all engineering systems and processes are designed to meet industry standards and regulations, and will work closely with other departments to ensure that company objectives are met.

Qualifications
• BTech / National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or N6 Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Relations (IR) practices competency is important
• Production Management experience is an advantage
