A well-known Mining company, situated in North West, is seeking the expertise of a Mine Manager to join their team.

The role will be responsible for driving a culture of Safety ownership with a strong emphasis on behaviour based safety. Managing the Underground Operations Unit Teams, safely, efficiently and cost effectively to meet both short and long term production objectives

Essential Requirements
• Grade 12
• Degree OR Diploma in Mining Engineering.
• Have a Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
• Blasting Certificate
• Have at least 5 years' experience at a management level OR experience in a functional/specialist area.
• Middle/Executive Managerial Leadership Programme (Advantageous).
