Maintain an updated roster of candidates’ information.Candidate Management.Endorsement of Background Check Verification.Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. Maintain and respond to candidates’ queries from online sources. Conceptualize employee branding, and recruitment strategies (online and onsite).
• At least 2 years experience in Recruitment.
• Preferably graduate of Psychology or any HR-related course
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Exposure to hiring support roles is an advantage
