• Monitoring of cash balances for deposit pick up every Thursday.
• Monitoring the Post Dated Check (PDC) for endorsement to Security Bank.
• In charge of check voucher and check preparation in Check

Right application.
• Checking of Daily Sales report.

• Ensures timely achievement of collection targets.
• Receives and files Sales Invoice transaction.
• Facilitates turnover of documents for filing or countering of collections.
• Prepares and submit to supervisor monthly collection delay report.
• Submits weekly aging reports to all concerned Department.
• Conducts collection and follow-up and monitoring transaction.

• Assisting the Front Desk Officers available for cash turn over

• Do other task assigned by immediate superior
