Primary responsibilities would include the recruitment, training and management of the Assistant Bar staff, engaging with customers to create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere and the management of the Beverage GP, Signal Bar labour cost and cash reconciliation. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, will manage our busy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant team in line with the overall departmental and hotel objectives.
• Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the maintenance of the restaurant.
• Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.

Requirements:
• Experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in events is a distinct advantage.
