Purpose of this role

The Business Manager will provide strategic and operational support to the President of DBS, ensuring effective management and execution of initiatives across the organization. The individual will support a strong focus on strategic analysis and planning to identify opportunities to enhance business performance. They will also provide focused support to enable cross-organisation execution of initiatives working with the President and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

The individual will report directly to the President and operate on an independent basis. They will be expected to build strong, collegiate relationships across the organisation.
